Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research and data analysis on CRE investments and GPs.
  • Create and maintain financial models using top-down and bottom-up research insights.
  • Update and maintain evaluation models.
  • Handle routine administrative tasks for the team.
  • Assist with marketing and client due diligence.
  • Communicate complex information to reach agreements in challenging situations.
  • Follow operational and strategic directions from senior leaders.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet project timelines.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by senior management.
  • Gather and analyze consumer, competitor, and market data.
  • Design surveys to understand customer preferences.
  • Conduct SWOT analysis and interpret the data to make recommendations.
  • Utilize online market research and maintain findings in databases.
  • Provide competitive analysis on companies, market trends, and business models.
  • Ensure the accuracy and relevance of the data in reports.
  • Stay informed on market trends and implement best practices.

Qualifications

  • BA/BS in finance, accounting, or economics preferred, with 1-3 years of relevant experience in financial services, real estate, asset management, or banking.
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and numerical skills.
  • Preferred experience in REIT, stock brokering, and fund operations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
  • Effective time management skills.
