Job Description

Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and data analysis on CRE investments and GPs.
- Create and maintain financial models using top-down and bottom-up research insights.
- Update and maintain evaluation models.
- Handle routine administrative tasks for the team.
- Assist with marketing and client due diligence.
- Communicate complex information to reach agreements in challenging situations.
- Follow operational and strategic directions from senior leaders.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project timelines.
- Perform other duties as assigned by senior management.
- Gather and analyze consumer, competitor, and market data.
- Design surveys to understand customer preferences.
- Conduct SWOT analysis and interpret the data to make recommendations.
- Utilize online market research and maintain findings in databases.
- Provide competitive analysis on companies, market trends, and business models.
- Ensure the accuracy and relevance of the data in reports.
- Stay informed on market trends and implement best practices.
Qualifications
- BA/BS in finance, accounting, or economics preferred, with 1-3 years of relevant experience in financial services, real estate, asset management, or banking.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and numerical skills.
- Preferred experience in REIT, stock brokering, and fund operations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
- Effective time management skills.
