Job Position
We are seeking a full-time or part-time entry-level accountant. Ideal for recent graduates with an accounting background. Candidates should live within a commutable distance and enjoy collaborative work.
Qualifications
- Recent graduates or entry-level candidates with accounting backgrounds
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent
- Preferred work experience in an accounting role
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese
- Strong understanding of financial and accounting principles
- Organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
Responsibilities
- Manage invoice email inbox, review for accuracy, and issue payments
- Handle accounting transactions and produce financial statements
- Collaborate with designer teams on supplier payment issues and invoice revisions
- Bookkeeping, payroll report filing, and preparing adjusting entries
- Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
- Research various tax issues
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed
