The Job:
- You’ll be the boss of the warehouse, making sure everything runs smoothly from receiving products to shipping them out.
- Keeping track of inventory is key. You’ll work with purchasing and inventory control to ensure accuracy.
- You’ll lead the warehouse team, training new hires and keeping everyone on task.
What You’ll Do:
- Partner with purchasing and inventory to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Regularly check inventory counts.
- Keep warehouse data systems up-to-date.
- Oversee receiving, storing, and shipping products.
- Ensure customer orders are delivered on time.
- Manage maintenance of the warehouse, equipment, and vehicles.
- Recruit, train, and supervise warehouse staff.
- Track staff performance and provide daily briefings.
- Uphold a safe work environment.

- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to work under pressure.
- Experience using common computer programs and warehouse management systems.
- A high school diploma (bilingualism in Spanish is a bonus!).
