What You’ll Do
- Design and analyze data from Phase I/II oncology clinical trials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality data collection and analysis.
- Develop statistical plans and interpret clinical trial results.
- Communicate findings effectively through presentations and reports.
- Identify and solve potential problems arising during clinical trial design and analysis.
- Stay up-to-date on novel statistical methods and apply them to oncology research.
Who You Are
- PhD in Statistics/Biostatistics (or Master’s degree with 4+ years of experience).
- Solid knowledge of statistical analysis methods and experimental design.
- Expertise in statistical and data processing software (e.g., SAS and/or R).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented with a passion for innovation.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- A plus: experience in oncology research and understanding of disease biology/immunology.
