What You’ll Do

  • Design and analyze data from Phase I/II oncology clinical trials.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality data collection and analysis.
  • Develop statistical plans and interpret clinical trial results.
  • Communicate findings effectively through presentations and reports.
  • Identify and solve potential problems arising during clinical trial design and analysis.
  • Stay up-to-date on novel statistical methods and apply them to oncology research.

Who You Are

  • PhD in Statistics/Biostatistics (or Master’s degree with 4+ years of experience).
  • Solid knowledge of statistical analysis methods and experimental design.
  • Expertise in statistical and data processing software (e.g., SAS and/or R).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented with a passion for innovation.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • A plus: experience in oncology research and understanding of disease biology/immunology.
