Job Description
The McCarton Foundation, a non-profit dedicated to exceptional care for children with autism and developmental delays, is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to join their team! In this full-time role, you’ll provide crucial therapy services to children aged 2-3, working alongside other specialists to ensure each child reaches their full potential.

What you’ll do
- Provide direct therapy services to children aged 2-3.
- Evaluate children’s needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with other specialists to create a comprehensive program for each child.
- Track progress, measure effectiveness of treatment, and make adjustments as needed.
- Participate in developing and monitoring Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs).
Who you are
- Licensed Occupational Therapist in New York State.
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy required.
- Prior experience with autism and early childhood development preferred.
- Adaptable, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English a plus.
