Job description

Dillons Pharmacy, part of the Kroger Family of Companies, is searching for a passionate and qualified Pharmacy Manager to join their team! This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to lead a pharmacy department, prioritizing exceptional customer service and patient safety.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead your team to create a welcoming and helpful pharmacy experience.
  • Ensure medications are dispensed accurately and efficiently, following all regulations.
  • Provide expert advice and answer customer questions about medications and products.
  • Effectively manage pharmacy technicians and delegate tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure proper inventory control.
  • Promote and safely administer immunizations.
  • Continuously learn and develop your skills through training programs.
  • Uphold company policies and ensure a safe work environment.
  • Collaborate with store management on various tasks.

Who You Are

  • Licensed Pharmacist in the state of employment (no restrictions).
  • Pharmacy degree from a U.S. school or passed foreign equivalency exam.
  • Passed the NAPLEX exam.
  • Leadership experience preferred (Pharmacy Manager, PIC a plus).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
