What You’ll Do
- Be a key player in KPMG’s Strategic Planning Group, supporting the Chief Strategy Officer in developing and implementing the firm’s five-year plan.
- Lead and manage workstreams with junior team members, providing mentorship and guidance.
- Dive deep into complex analyses and presentations, ensuring data-driven decision-making for strategic planning initiatives.
- Develop insightful perspectives on potential business scenarios, using your financial modelling skills to create robust forecasts.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless integration of the firm-wide strategy with individual function and support function plans.
- Monitor and track the progress of the strategic plan, providing ongoing updates and analysis to the management committee.
You’re a Perfect Fit If You Have
- At least five years of experience in strategy consulting, financial analysis, business analytics, or a related field.
- A bachelor’s degree, preferably in business administration, engineering, or a data-focused discipline. A master’s degree in business administration is a plus.
- Strong quantitative and financial modelling skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear and compelling business cases.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to analyze diverse data sources and draw insightful conclusions.
- Proven leadership skills and experience in mentoring and guiding junior team members.
- The ability to travel up to 10–25% of the time.
