Opportunity
The In-Room Dining Coordinator is key to our Food and Beverage team, ensuring exceptional service and quality for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Building rapport with guests and maintaining a friendly, professional demeanour.
- Coordinating service with IRD teams and ensuring responsive, gracious service.
- Answering menu-related questions and using suggestive selling.
- Assisting in expediting food and maintaining cleanliness.
- Handling tasks as delegated by leadership and working flexible hours.
Qualifications and Skills
- Friendly, courteous, and professional at all times.
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and work with electronic systems.
- Flexible to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Valid work authorization for the U.S.
