Responsibilities

  • Support Guest Services by addressing guest requests and resolving issues with the highest level of hospitality.
  • Coordinate guest arrivals and departures, ensuring discrepancies are resolved.
  • Handle guest check-ins and check-outs, assisting valet and door attendants as needed.
  • Use various computer systems for guest check-ins and package delivery.
  • Comply with Four Seasons’ work rules and standards of conduct.
  • Seek opportunities for guest-centric experiences throughout the hotel.
  • Assist reservations and front office teams for a seamless guest arrival experience.
  • Coach staff to meet culture and guest experience standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum one year of experience in hotel operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Knowledge of property management systems is preferred.
  • Strong work ethic and business acumen.
  • Degree in hospitality or a similar field preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Current Four Seasons employees, bilingual candidates, and those with luxury hotel experience receive priority consideration.

Visa Requirements

Authorization to work in the US is required unless you are currently in a managerial role at another Four Seasons location, which may qualify for L-1 visa sponsorship.

Schedule & Hours

  • Open availability, including weekends, evenings, and occasional overnight shifts.
