The Role

As a key member of our team, you’ll be the bridge between our clients and our partners & accountants. You’ll ensure clear and timely communication while keeping everything organized and running smoothly. 

Here’s a taste of what you’ll do

Data & Organization Maestro: Manage and organize digital files and documents, maintaining our cloud-based client information system.

Scheduling & Client Care Specialist: Assist with scheduling virtual meetings, coordinating client calls, and handling client communication via email and phone. 

Bookkeeping & Tax Sidekick: Lend a hand with basic bookkeeping and tax preparation tasks. 

Billing & Collections Champion: Assist with billing clients and collecting payments.

Workflow & Tech Wizard: Develop innovative workflows using cool software like, TaxDome, and TypeForm. 

Social Media & Outreach Pro:  Help us expand our reach by assisting with social media marketing and outreach to prospective clients.

Metrics & Reporting Ace: Prepare reports and metrics to keep our partners informed.

Teamwork Makes the Dream Work:  Support the team with various administrative tasks as needed.

You’re a Perfect Fit If You Have

  • A knack for mastering cloud-based tools, especially the Google suite.
  • Microsoft Excel proficiency is a must.
  • Exceptional organization and time management skills.
  • The ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • A meticulous eye for detail.
  • The ability to thrive in a remote environment and collaborate effectively with a team.
  • US work authorization for at least the next two years.

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience in an administrative role.
  • Familiarity with bookkeeping, accounting, or tax preparation.
  • Experience any of these tools: Gusto, Xero, QBO,, TaxDome, Drake, Calendly, Stripe, Toast, Syft, TypeForm.
