Role Overview
As our second Business Operations hire, you’ll have significant autonomy and influence over the company’s future while receiving mentorship from the business team. You’ll work closely with engineering teams, analyze technical documentation, and support the leadership team in the blockchain industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze market trends and industry dynamics to identify growth opportunities
- Develop and maintain operational processes to optimize efficiency and scalability
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to align business objectives
- Lead projects aimed at improving business performance and driving innovation
- Prepare reports and recommendations for senior leadership to support key initiatives
