Associate Personal Analyst – Department of FISCal (Sacramento County, CA)

FI$Cal, California’s critical financial transformation project, is seeking a Recruitment Strategy Analyst to join our team. In this pivotal role, you’ll play a key role in revamping our recruitment efforts to attract highly skilled individuals for specialized positions.
The Challenge: We haven’t been successful in filling a crucial technical role within the IT department using traditional methods.
Your Mission: Develop a comprehensive recruitment strategy to identify and attract top talent for this hard-to-fill position.
What You’ll Do
- Analyze current recruitment methods and identify areas for improvement.
- Craft innovative outreach strategies, leveraging social media, job fairs, college campuses, and other creative channels.
- Refine the minimum qualification requirements to ensure a wider pool of diverse talent.
- Develop targeted recruitment campaigns to attract niche skillsets.
- Stay up-to-date on recruitment trends and leverage data-driven insights to optimize strategies.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements.
- Provide guidance on effective resume screening and candidate evaluation.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics to measure campaign success.
