Associate Personal Analyst – Department of FISCal (Sacramento County, CA)

In this pivotal role, you’ll play a key role in revamping our recruitment efforts to attract highly skilled individuals for specialized positions.

The Challenge: We haven’t been successful in filling a crucial technical role within the IT department using traditional methods. 

Your Mission: Develop a comprehensive recruitment strategy to identify and attract top talent for this hard-to-fill position. 

What You’ll Do

  • Analyze current recruitment methods and identify areas for improvement.
  • Craft innovative outreach strategies, leveraging social media, job fairs, college campuses, and other creative channels.
  • Refine the minimum qualification requirements to ensure a wider pool of diverse talent.
  • Develop targeted recruitment campaigns to attract niche skillsets.
  • Stay up-to-date on recruitment trends and leverage data-driven insights to optimize strategies.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements.
  • Provide guidance on effective resume screening and candidate evaluation.
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics to measure campaign success.
  • Uphold FI$Cal’s commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruitment practices.
