Job Description
We are seeking an Operations Coordinator to manage and streamline our daily operations. This role involves coordinating shipping processes, maintaining inventory, and ensuring compliance with import and export regulations. H1B visa sponsorship is available if needed.
Must-Haves
- Fluency in English and proficiency in Chinese are highly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain
- 1+ years of experience in a similar role
- Strong understanding of international and domestic shipping, and import/export compliance
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in creating Excel reports and managing inventory
- Knowledge of ERP systems
Nice-to-Haves
- Accounting experience
- Experience in the retail industry
Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage shipping documents and track shipments
- Implement warehousing, distribution, and inventory management strategies
- Maintain Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Purchase and maintain inventory levels to ensure timely shipments
- Collaborate with Finance to analyze freight, import costs, and inventory investments
- Update Netsuite database and conduct inventory audits
- Generate weekly and monthly inventory and sales reports
- Handle additional tasks as needed
Software Skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Familiarity with QuickBooks and NetSuite ERP is preferred
- Experience with reporting tools and customer portals
