Compensation
Annual salary: $50,000–$55,000
Role Summary
The Accountant role is fully onsite in Midtown Manhattan, supporting our Accounting team with finance and payroll projects.
Responsibilities
- Maintain bank accounts and monthly reports
- Provide payroll and tax information
- Balance general ledger and prepare cash flow statements
- Handle accounts payable/receivable and monthly reports
- Analyze client payment processing situations
- Stay updated on tax regulations
- Utilize accounting principles for financial analysis
- Assist with accounting projects and reporting
Qualifications
- Authorized to work in the U.S. (E-VERIFY employer)
- Proficient in English; bilingual in Chinese is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1-2 years of relevant accounting experience
- Experience with Sage Intacct (6 months preferred) and QuickBooks (1 year required)
- Advanced skills in Excel and Microsoft Office
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Knowledge of general ledger accounting and account reconciliation
