Stephen Cole State Farm is seeking motivated and outgoing bilingual individuals to join our team as Insurance Sales Representatives. In this role, you will collaborate with individuals and business owners to understand their risk management and financial objectives. With the support of your team and our company, you will develop creative insurance and financial solutions to provide the best options for your clients.

As part of our successful team, we will help you develop business leadership skills, industry knowledge, and State Farm business acumen, as well as gain valuable sales and marketing experience. Responsibilities

Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

  1. Establish and maintain client relationships, following up as needed.
  2. Collaborate with the agent to set and achieve marketing goals.
  3. Educate customers about their risk management, banking, and financial service options using a customer-focused, needs-based review process, helping them meet their long-term goals.
  4. Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success every day.

My Training programme

  • Assistance with licensing
  • Job shadowing with experienced representatives
  • Internal and external product knowledge and sales training classes
  • Learning to market property/casualty, life, health, banking, and investment products
  • Setting sales and growth goals
  • Working closely with the agent to understand the agent’s role and office logistics

Requirements:

  • Must reside in the Atlanta area
  • Bilingual (must be able to assist customers in both Spanish and English)
  • Sales experience preferred (outside or inside sales, retail sales, telemarketing)
  • Entrepreneurial spirit
  • Enthusiastic about the role of insurance and financial products in helping people manage everyday risks, recover from the unexpected, and achieve their dreams
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills
  • Self-motivated
  • Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
  • Life & Health license (must be able to obtain)
