E-HRLDP Full-Time Program Overview

The E-HRLDP is a two-year, full-time rotational program aimed at highly motivated graduate students, enabling them to evolve into Johnson & Johnson’s future HR leaders.

During these rotations, participants will engage in strategic collaboration with J&J businesses and functions at local, regional, and global levels across diverse areas such as Workforce Analytics, Employee/Labor Relations, Talent Management/Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations, and Global Learning Delivery. Participants may serve as HR Business Partners, diagnosing needs and providing strategic solutions across various business sectors, R&D, enterprise Supply chains, or Corporate Functions. The HRLDP Program Office determines all rotational assignments and the first role post-graduation.

Qualifications

  • Authorization to work in the United States is required (sponsorship for employment visa status is not provided).
  • Graduate student completing an MBA, Master’s Degree, or Ph.D. in HR Management, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, any HR-related discipline, or any business-related discipline, with an intended graduation date between May 2023 and July 2025.
  • At least 5 years of full-time, professional work experience (equivalent to working 40 hours or more weekly on a continuous basis) is required.
  • Previous HR experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Geographic mobility for rotations and final placement.
  • Fluency in English is required, as well as fluency in the language of the country where the internship is located. Fluency in a second language is desired.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The base salary for this position is $133,000 per year.
  • Eligible for an annual performance bonus based on individual and corporate performance.
  • Eligible for a sign-on and/or early incentive bonus.
