Zumper Facebook Marketplace: How it Works?

Zumper Facebook Marketplace: How it Works? Zumper and Facebook Marketplace have teamed up to launch a redesigned section for home rentals.

In the United States, people can now conveniently search hundreds of thousands of Zumper listings on Facebook Marketplace.

Visit signup.zumper.com/multifamily or contact them at [email protected] if you are a big landlord or manager of several buildings. Post directly at www.zumper.com/pro or contact [email protected] for small landlords/agents.

Zumper revealed today that it would make home rental listings available on Facebook Marketplace. More than 110 million people rent their homes in the United States, the highest percentage in more than 50 years. Finding an apartment, on the other hand, has always been a time-consuming and painful process due to a lack of knowledge about available rental listings. With Zumper and Facebook Marketplace, finding a place to call home has never been easier.

People in the United States can now use the Zumper app on Facebook to filter and search properties listed by landlords and brokers, click to view up-to-date information such as price, square footage, and pet restrictions, and submit an immediate message to schedule a tour or begin an application.

“We are ecstatic to announce Zumper’s collaboration with Facebook. Zumper has spent the last five years developing the most robust rental marketplace in the United States, and Facebook has long been a gathering place for families and friends to share news, pictures, and memories. As a result, it’s only normal that Facebook, in partnership with Zumper, can now help people find physical homes through Facebook Marketplace,” said Anthemos Georgiades, CEO, and co-founder of Zumper. “People in the United States who use Facebook Marketplace will be able to search and message Zumper inventory that is updated in real-time to ensure correct availability and pricing starting today.”

Zumper’s relationship with Facebook is now a common way for individual landlords to automatically syndicate listings to Facebook by posting to Zumper Pro. Zumper’s massive Multifamily clients will be able to tap into this new demographic as well.

Zumper’s website and app, along with sister-platform PadMapper, list over a million properties for rent across the United States every month for renters. Any Zumper customer can always find the newest inventory and be first in line for their ideal apartment with resources like Zumper Select’s white-glovewhite-glove service, which includes personalized notifications and all listings updated in real-time. Now, every Facebook user has access to all of this information.
