Job Description
We’re looking for a talented Drafter to join our team! In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing and modifying engineering documents used in the production process. You’ll also play a key role in improving our existing products and manufacturing methods through analysis and observation.
What You’ll Do
- Design, create, and update technical drawings using both manual and computer-aided drafting (CAD) systems.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in products and processes.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure all drawings meet specifications.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues both verbally and in writing.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in your work.
- Independently manage your time and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Work effectively as part of a team to achieve common goals.
You’re a Perfect Fit If You Have
- Experience using drafting software (2D and/or 3D) and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong math skills and the ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.

The Work Environment
- This is a full-time position in a non-temperature-controlled industrial setting.
- You’ll be working indoors with occasional exposure to moving machinery, loud noises, and airborne particles.
- The proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is mandatory.
- Some travel to customer locations may be required.
- This role requires the ability to perform various physical tasks, including standing, sitting, walking, lifting up to 75 lbs, and using hands and fingers with dexterity.
