Job Description

Kitchen365 specializes in creating fast and efficient e-commerce solutions for kitchen cabinet businesses. As we experience rapid growth, we are looking to hire a Customer Success Manager based in Atlanta, GA, to support this expansion. We seek a qualified leader to build and nurture client relationships. The ideal candidate should have experience in e-commerce and the ability to help customers grow their businesses. We offer H1B visa transfer for candidates already in the USA who meet the right qualifications.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Kitchen365 customers in managing their kitchen cabinet businesses online
  • Serve as a liaison between customers and the delivery team to develop and enhance websites, boosting business for Kitchen365 clients
  • Drive sales performance with a focus on achieving monthly revenue targets
  • Prepare and update demos and quotes as part of the account management team
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Travel within the USA and India as needed

Requirements

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in the e-commerce industry, with expertise in building and running websites and driving online sales
  • Technical education or equivalent experience is required
  • Excellent communication skills, with an outgoing personality being a significant advantage
  • Previous experience in software delivery, digital marketing, UI/UX, or content creation
  • Prior sales experience in the Kitchen & Bath industry is a major plus
  • Strong customer focus, high self-motivation, and teamwork abilities
  • Strong decision-making skills in an autonomous environment
  • Must be located in Atlanta, GA, and available to work in the office five days a week

The schedule starts on Monday and ends on Friday. The educational qualification should be any graduate of information technology.
