What You’ll Do

• Be the guide! Assist clients in navigating the journey of buying or selling a property, offering expert advice and unwavering support throughout the process.
• Become a market maven. Conduct thorough research to identify ideal properties and investment opportunities that align with your clients’ needs.
• Negotiation ninja! Prepare and present stellar offers, skillfully negotiating terms to secure the best deal for your clients. 
• Showcase like a pro! Coordinate property viewings and open house events to generate excitement and attract potential buyers. 
• Stay on top of your game! Continuously update your knowledge of local real estate trends and regulations to ensure you’re providing the most current expertise.
• Keep it organized! Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, ensuring a smooth transaction process. 
• Collaboration is key! Work seamlessly with other agents, lenders, and lawyers to bring deals to fruition. 

You’re a Perfect Fit If You Have

• A valid Georgia real estate licence (or are actively pursuing one through our tuition reimbursement program).
• A proven track record of success in real estate (or a strong desire to learn!).
• In-depth knowledge of the local market and trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—you’ll be building relationships left and right!
• The ability to negotiate like a champion. 
• A keen eye for detail and a talent for organization. 
• The ability to thrive in an independent yet collaborative environment. 
• Familiarity with real estate software and CRM systems is a plus!

• This is a full-time independent contractor position with an estimated income potential of $40,000–$90,000 in your first 1-2 years, with top earners exceeding $100,000.
