What You’ll Do

• Perform a variety of cleaning and maintenance tasks, including mopping, dusting, polishing, vacuuming, and trash removal.
• Ensure a high standard of cleanliness in assigned areas, following established protocols.
• Respond to requests for cleaning or minor maintenance and report any larger issues requiring skilled trades workers.
• Set up and arrange furniture and seating for various events and meetings.
• Maintain custodial equipment and perform basic repairs, such as hanging pictures or fixing door knobs.
• Supervise a team of cleaners, assigning tasks and ensuring quality work is completed.
• Maintain a safe and secure work environment.
