What You’ll Do

- Strong financial acumen and budget management skills.

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Deep understanding of facilities management principles with a technical background in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and custodial systems.
- Experience managing multiple facilities departments, including maintenance, grounds, construction projects, and environmental services.
- A valid driver’s license and a clear driving record.
