How To Take Screenshots on Galaxy S10e, S10, and S10 Plus
On the S10, there are three ways to take a screenshot. The first approach involves using the hardware buttons, the second consists of capturing the screen with your palm, and the third involves using Smart Select from the edge panel.
Hardware ButtonsThe physical buttons on the S10 are the first option for taking a screenshot. The traditional way has been to push the home and power buttons simultaneously. When Samsung turned to software navigation buttons, however, this changed.
On the Samsung Galaxy S10, you must simultaneously press the power and volume down buttons. You don’t have to hold them pressed; push them. Once you’ve pressed the buttons, a menu will appear, allowing you to crop the image you’ve just taken. You can also choose to use scroll capture, which will continue the capturing process as you scroll down the page. This is especially beneficial on social media platforms like Instagram and Whatsapp.
1.Palm swipe to capture

2.Smart Select
On the Galaxy S10, Samsung has included a beneficial panel called Edge Panel. Swiping from the right side of the screen will bring up this panel. The Edge Panel can be configured to display data and perform a variety of functions. Smart Select is the name of one of the panels.
Instead of taking a screenshot of the entire screen, you can use Smart Select to capture only the screen section you wish to keep. Additionally, this panel allows you to produce a GIF file quickly, simply recording whatever is presented on the net.
