Role Overview
As an Account Executive, you’ll be the company’s representative to hospitals and skilled nursing facilities in your territory, helping families transition from facilities to appropriate care options.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and increase patient referrals and move-ins from your accounts.
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Conduct presentations and follow up on referrals to meet monthly targets.
- Educate families on care options and work with Healthcare Senior Living Advisors to meet quotas.
- Pilot new initiatives and provide feedback.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 3+ years of outside healthcare business development experience.
- Proven track record in exceeding sales quotas and collaboration.
- Strong presentation and objection-handling skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, independent work environment.
- Willingness to travel locally (5 days a week).
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and CRM (Salesforce preferred).
